I belong to a book club where, when hosting, your role is to contribute books to our "library" and at the end of the year, your chosen books are yours to keep. However for that year, others get to read and review each other's books. I took a risk and allowed the Book Grocer to curate my books this year. Unboxing the Hard Covered Literature selection this month with my group proved to be success, as we all discovered the books together. Some were unfamiliar to us, while others were popular authors, and yet none were repeats of previous contributions. I think we all agreed that this was a success - great range of books that would meet our varied tastes, quality literature, and such good value for money. We are all looking forward to having our opportunities to read the books and share our reviews of them with each other over the following year.
I bought a Literary Box for the community library I volunteer at. It is a chance to get books that might not be mainstream. I have read several and enjoyed them - they are being processed to go on the shelves this week. The price is really good - most books I am purchasing are now over $30 each.
My box of books arrived incredibly quickly. The books all look interesting, and I've read two, and really enjoyed them.
