*NEW* Secondhand Book Processing Team: We're looking for people to join our Secondhand Book Processing team at the Tullamarine warehouse - people who can make fast, smart, and book-savvy decisions to help us process the thousands of secondhand books we receive each week. It's very physical work, involving sorting through cages and boxes of books, standing in the warehouse. You have to love being surrounded by books all day! FT, PT and Casual roles available. Book Grocer Warehouse Work
We are always interested in hearing from people who would like to join our warehouse team in Tullamarine. Work includes picking and packing books, building our amazing Book Boxes, stock management and seasonal wrapping of our Advent books for our Book Advent Calendars.

We are always interested in hearing from responsible, enthusiastic and creative people who love books and are great with customers. We get a lot of applications to work in our stores. We keep these applications on file and generally go back 4-6 months when we shortlist - so please send through your application and you may hear from us later in the year!
Unlike many other bookstores we do not require that you have prior experience in a bookstore before working for us. We also accept applications from students (aged over 16). What's important is that you know and love books and are enthusiastic about sharing this with our customers. It is preferable that you have some customer service experience, or can describe how your existing experience demonstrates an aptitude for this.
