She was inspired by the fact that the Cape and Islands offer "beauty at every turn." Kathryn is self-guided and her work ranges from primitive village scenes to realistic landscapes and seascapes. Her work is in collections all over the United States and seven countries abroad. Kathryn is an active board member of the Cape Cod Branch of the National League of American Pen Women and has served on the board of the Cape Cod Art Association. She is a founding member of the Sandwich Arts Alliance.
