Laurie is also the author of the Infrared Photography Handbook, published by Amherst Media, Inc. Her images sell as fine art and have been the subject of exhibits and a series of notecards. As cinematographer, she is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild, and works as a Steadicam Operator and Instructor. Laurie works mainly in television and motion pictures.
