Mila likes to build things and is designing a cupcake catapult with her little sister, Ivy. However, things become a problem when Ivy seems to like destroying things more than she does building them. After Mila scolds Ivy for this, she decides to make the catapult on her own. But something's missing. Something that only Ivy can help with. A tale of two sisters where communication could have helped them avoid their conflict, but also shows how sometimes, when someone seems like they're doing the wrong thing, they might just be trying to help or improve things in their own way.

Katrina McKelvey is a children's author, picture book manuscript assessor, former primary school teacher, and wife and mother living in Newcastle, NSW. She's highly involved in CBCA, SCBWI, Littlescribe, community events, literary conferences and festivals, and loves visiting schools.
