Phoenix: A Complete History of the Luftwaffe 1918-1945

As a professional historical geographer with an all pervading interest in all things aeronautical, Richard Meredith brings a unique insight into the past realities of the wartime German Luftwaffe. Over the last twenty-five years he has amassed over 3,000 flight hours on such types and is currently a Class Rating Instructor and Display Pilot. His personal military aviation library is extensive and consists of nearly 1,500 volumes many of which are of a German origin.
