Book Grocer Gift Card

Purchased for a book lover for Christmas, I know it will be appreciated

I have made a few orders in the last year or so from the Book Grocer. Today, I phoned to ask about something specific, regarding the options on a gift card. Paul answered the phone. Instead of simply saying "no, that doesn't exist", he offered to make one to my specific amount. It arrived straight away. I was very grateful to be able to get what was needed and with no hesitation from this generous man - a real example of "customer service" which so many boast about but never do. Thanks, Paul - the recipients were delighted and so was I. I will definitely be back!

Was great to receive the gift card as I was able to get a varied range of books ranging from historical through to crime and ended up with 18 novels both hardback and paperback which I am currently working through. All were in good condition and didn’t take long to arrive. Will be ordering some more once I’ve got through this lot.
