My purpose is to encourage and help anyone who feels stuck, who is not sure where they're going on this journey called life. For most of my 75 years, like so many of us, I have had self-doubts and fear of failure, and put myself in so many categories like 'I'm not very clever', 'I'm not good at many things' or 'Other people are smarter, born gifted at music, technology, public speaking and life in general'. A year ago, I published my first book - The Boxer: My Journey to Lifelong Health & Fitness - which unravelled my personal life story. This was after years of procrastination, thinking that I could never do it ... thinking to myself, 'Who would be interested anyway?' I finally did it and have been humbled by the fantastic response. Because of the terrific feedback, I've found the confidence to express my thoughts, passion and overwhelming belief that we all have the power and ability to control our destiny. So this book, about living your best life, is also my personal reflection on turning 75. To reach 75 years of age, fit, healthy and happy is not a rite of passage or taken lightly, but a privilege shared by few. It sees me appreciating every new moment of this amazing journey we call life. What a ride!
