Chloe Pierre, founder of thy.self, the brand making self-care inclusive, wants to inspire Black women to take time to care for themselves. In this book she consults experts to create an inspiring and practical guide that offers ways to help you:

Chloe Pierre is the Black female founder of thy.self, which she was inspired to launch in October 2018 after struggling to find a space that resonated to her within wellness. Chloe's mission is to make wellness more approachable and accessible to the people that its origins are derived from. Chloe started her career working in fashion PR and over the last decade, has expanded her experience into marketing, where she now serves as a Digital Marketing Consultant for some of the biggest global brands including Nike Jordan, BBC and H&M.
